How do I use this app?


CTB is very simple to use. Just make sure Push Notifications are enabled and whenever a currency is added or tested on an Exchange a notification will be sent to you.




Why am am not receiving notifications?


Notifications are automatically sent once a currency is added or tested on an Exchange. Coin additions to exchanges can be periodic. This can happen many times a day or a couple times a week. Make sure the relevant exchanges are enabled: Click on the Bell Icon on the upper right hand corner > Click each exchange to turn on/off > Click Save




Not receiving notifications with Android phone?


Battery saver and cell service can cause delays to notifications. --------------------------------- Huawei : Only Pre-EMUI 5.0 / Android 7 - Go to Settings > “Protected apps” > Add CTB Sony : Tap on the battery icon. Go to Power Management > STAMINA mode > Apps active in standby > Add CTB Asus : Check CTB in the Auto-start Manager Xiaomi : Security (App) > Permissions > Autostart - Enable CTB Redmi : Security (App) > Permissions > Autostart - Enable CTB Oppo : Go to Settings > Security settings > Data saving - Enable CTB Samsung : Disable battery usage optimizations OnePlus : Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimizations > Applications > Don’t Optimize or Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimizations > click on 3 dot > Advance optimization > Click on slider to deselect the advance option




What time zone and currency is displayed?


The user local time zone and currency is displayed using your phone's settings. Also, some exchanges display their time using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).




How do I add coins to Coin Watch?


Click on the Bell Icon on the upper right hand corner > Select up to 20 Coins > Click Save You can also add your custom Coin. To deselect a coin: Press on green check mark > Click Save




What is the difference between “Test” and “List”?


“Test” Notification indicates wallets are open and the exchange is accepting deposits but there is no trading volume. A “List” notification means that trading has begun.
